NetE
is looking for a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our
commercial Web Services team. NetE is a 50+ person team with a team-based
approach to growth. Our Web Services team produces world-class Web sites and
interactive solutions for the desktop, online and print media.
Responsibilities:
You will have the opportunity to work on developing and maintaining Web
sites and mission critical Web applications in a fast paced environment. You
will be required to work in a collaborative environment with other
developers, designers, testers, and client project managers. Senior
developers will have the opportunity to lead a team of junior designers and
Web developers.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree and 1-3 years related experience with web applications
development. Strong experience in Microsoft ASP/ASP.NET, ColdFusion, HTML,
JavaScript, Microsoft SQLServer required. Eye for detail, intimate
familiarity with industry web software development standards/best practices,
and good time-management abilities are the key for this position. Strong
interpersonal skills required to communicate with clients in order to
understand their needs and then to transform conversations to action as it
relates to the Web applications development.
Strongly Desired Skills:
Should ideally have experience and understanding of Web site information
architecture, navigation and content strategy, quick prototyping,
maintenance of existing Web site applications/dynamic modules, and Web
content management systems (CMS). Strong data modeling and Microsoft SQL
Server or Oracle experience desired. Some knowledge of
Java/PHP/Perl/FlashScripting highly desired.
