NetE
is looking for talented and experienced Web Designers to join our
commercial Web services team.
NetE is a 50+ person team with a team-based
approach to growth. Our Web Services team produces world-class Web sites and
interactive solutions for the desktop, online and print media.
Responsibilities:
You will have the opportunity to work on designing and maintaining top brand
Web sites in a fast paced environment. You will be required to work in a
collaborative environment with other designers, Web site developers and
testers, creative directors, project managers and client project managers.
Senior designers will have the opportunity to lead a team of junior
designers and Web developers.
Required Skills:
1-3 years related experience in an online agency or web development company.
Strong experience in Photoshop, some Flash, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and
Dreamweaver required. Eye for detail, intimate familiarity with designing
for industry web standards compliant sites, and good time-management
abilities are the key for this position. Strong interpersonal skills
required to communicate with clients in order to understand their needs and
then to transform conversations to action as it relates to changes to the
designs and websites.
Strongly Desired Skills:
You will assist the team with creating visually compelling and attractive
designs to maximize user experience, while retaining an intelligent and
cohesive branding strategy for the respective clients. You should ideally
have experience and understanding of Website information architecture,
navigation and content strategy, speedy comps design, maintenance of
existing sites, and working closely with Web software developers and project
managers in a distributed, fast paced development environment using
automated workflow and project collaboration tools.
