Mandated by law, CPIC is both the term and the concept within the Federal government for IT investment management. The NETE Federal team has extensive experience in assisting our federal clients develop effective, practical approaches to the selection, control and evaluation of the IT investments that comprise their agency’s IT portfolio. Predicated on a fully integrated, enterprise-wide, life cycle management framework, NETE Federal's suite of services and products assist agencies establish and maintain the visibility and control of their information investments necessary to delivering the value envisioned in their target-state enterprise architecture. By assisting in integrating management processes at the enterprise, program and project levels, the NETE Federal team helps agencies break down the process and structural silos that so often hamper value-focused investment management and stall efforts to execute their EA Transition Plans. We also provide consulting services to assist with ITIM and CPIC Governance and Management Control Support (including Charter and Policy development and ongoing support for IT Investment Review Boards [ITIRB] and IT Technical and Functional Working Groups).
